Liora's just baffled on how Ted doesn't understand just how important saving the world is. If Erebus wasn't being such a huge douchebag trying to corrupt the whole world in darkness (and being particularly creepy towards her), she'd gladly give up on trying to get her Light magic to work. All in all, his insensitivity towards her plight annoys her.

Regis is a man who makes Liora feel comfortable and secure, even though they don't speak much. Liora is baffled at how Regis seems so fascinated with her. She really doesn't think she's anything to marvel at.
